The solution
By mapping the mortgage process we were able to develop an enhanced version of our Lunar CRM for Mortgages. We added workflows to the CRM that were specific to our client and created bespoke MI reports. All documentation including forms, letters, Key Feature Documents are now system generated created and can only be pre populated from the CRM to ensure they remain compliant with government regulations.
The result
With increased operational oversight our client was able to improve the overall performance of their sales and packaging teams. These changes lead to an increase in the number of mortgage sales that completed and improved cash flow for the business. Overall customer satisfaction rose due to the clarity of the documents provided.
