The solution
The Lunar Team worked closely with the business to understand their end to end process. We then partnered with Payment Shield to provide a fully integrated quoting engine inside of the CRM. This was coupled with a multi-tiered CRM system that enabled the Call Centre, Sales and Admin staff to work alongside one another on the same system.
The result
The business have grown into a successful Home Insurance company. They have streamlined their operation and saved a great deal of money. Growth has been established without the need for additional staff. They are now looking at additional product lines to enhance their brand.
