The solution
The Lunar Team worked very closely with the client to understand their business. They then set about building a CRM that enabled the company to process Debt Management, Trust Deeds and Sequestration cases, from the initial enquiry, through the appointment booking process, to the take up on the scheme. The Lunar team pre-populated letters, fact finds, emails and SMS's to streamline the business.
The result
The business is now in full control of their staff and their processes. Productivity has increased and their business is growing strongly. The slick and simple CRM enables staff to easily complete their daily tasks and communicate effectively with customers.
